My Journey
I am an entrepreneur passionate about artificial intelligence, data science, and research. My journey began with a Computer Engineering degree from Complutense University of Madrid, followed by a Master's in AI from Polytechnic University of Madrid.
Throughout my career, I've worked at leading companies like Sky (MakerDAO), Abacus.ai, and AON, developing cutting-edge AI solutions across retail, healthcare, insurance, finance, and 5G sectors.
Currently, I'm Director of Data Science at Santander Global, leading the Conversational AI chapter and serving as Product Owner of the Quality Evaluation Framework. I build voice and text agents and AI solutions that reach Santander's 180M+ customers worldwide.
